The production process begins with the careful selection of our providers; we make sure that no pesticide or prohibited chemicals are employed on the crops used to make our pulps, while encouraging the use of Good Agricultural Practices.

Fruits are pealed (if needed), and shredding, pulping and sieving of the mass obtained takes place to further mix it with sugar. Finally the pulp is packed and taken to the blast freezer to be rapidly frozen, and then it is stored on the freezer rooms until further distribution.
